SHIPPING POLICY

 

We currently offer FREE SHIPPING to the 50 US States and Puerto Rico and Canada!

(We do not ship outside of those areas)

 

Shipping:  We use US Postal Service for all shipments, from the Chicago area, please allow 5-10 days for processing and shipping.  (Alaska and Hawaii may take longer)

You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you’ve placed it. If you don’t receive that email, please check your junk folder and see if you can locate it. This is important because, if you haven’t received the order confirmation email, you also won’t receive the email with your shipment notification.

If you require overnight shipping via FedEx,  please email or phone us, additional shipping Charges will apply

 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

RETURNS OF DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE We stand behind our goods.  If you receive something that is defective, please first email us with a photo of the defect within 30 days of the receipt of goods.  The next step is return it to the address below along with a note explaining the defect.  We will exchange the item for the same item, we will pay to ship the replacement item to you,  or give you a 100% refund including shipping.

RETURNS OF NON-DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE Returns are accepted for non-defective goods if they are shipped back to the address below, within 30 days of the receipt of goods.  To be eligible for a refund, the goods must be unused and in the same condition that you received them, in the original packaging with labels and hang tags still on.

We will either exchange the item for another item of the same or higher value, you will not be charged a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping and any difference in price if your replacement product is greater than the original amount.

Or we can refund the amount paid, less a 15% re-stocking fee on returns of non-defective goods, once the goods are received and inspected by us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning non-defective items your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

 

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturers defect in the product or packaging. You must return the item within 30 days of receipt of goods.
